Fun Game. Fun interpretation on "Old Gold" and I like the tournament mode. It could use some work, but for a game jam game it is fun.
It would be nice to be able to use up and down on the dpad to move the camera
I also had a bug I think where with extra shot power and lower aiming distance IIRC without moving the aim I sunk the 8 ball on the break if that makes sense.
I haven't beaten tournament mode yet, but my best run I got to the finals because the AIs both sank the 8-ball and then ran into the bug above lol.
The game is super fun, needed a but of getting used to for the rules, but after that I enjoyed it very much. CPU can be either a genius or a buffoon, no inbetween!
Graphic wise the game has a nice retro feel to it, my only complaint is maybe balls (hehe) can be hard to see with the decal effects on the board (corner gradients) and I lost a game due to not seeing one of them this way.
SFX and music is BANGER, but waaaaay to loud, so I cannot give it the 5 stars it would deserve other swise!
